The wood grain foam tiles in rustic medium brown look SO good, and are so comfortable to walk, sit, and stand on as opposed to my hardwood floors. I wish I ordered these a long time ago. I can’t wait to receive this next order and tackle the other areas in my apartment!

My negative review not regarding the product purchased. But unfortunately, Great Mats pricing and most specifically their follow up customer service. Do to series of unfortunate miscommunications, my original order with another company appeared to have been canceled. Scrambling to refill the order with a similar indoor athletic turf order, I found Great Mats. Although their pricing was over 50% more than my original order, I need to get the material in short order so I decided to place the order. The ordering process was fine with the exception of the non- return policy not being clearly evident on the product page. Our original order did show up at the warehouse of our installer and was cut to fit our needs; they thought was our Great Mats order. I was then assured by our installer that they would refused the Great Mat order and we would probably be responsible for an industry standard 10-20% restocking fee; I was completely fine that resolution. However, Great Mats refused to accept the untouched return and showed absolutely no compassion for my predicament. They did not change or even soften their position even after direct communications from the two other professional flooring / turf companies explaining what the industry standard typically is in this situation. Unfortunately, this scenario and their responses left me no choice but to leave this above review.

I called Greatmats with questions about their floor tiles and I received friendly, personable advice on selecting the best tiles for our basement workout area. I ordered samples so we could see the color, texture, and density of our tile options before placing our order – seeing the samples was very helpful. Our tiles are now installed and we love them! The finished edging makes the flooring look polished and complete. You can barely see the seams where each tile connects. The foam has the perfect amount of cushion. Exactly the material we needed for our LVP flooring.

Having a workout area in your own home is a must to stay on path with your workout routine. Greatmats has made my workout room into a gym! I didn't know where to go so I did a search on the inter-web and after research Greatmats was my choice. I should have made this move years ago!!!!

I want to start by saying that I’m pleased with the mats—they arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. However, I do have a concern regarding the velcro strips. Ideally, they should have been shipped together with the mats or sent in advance so they would be available upon arrival. Because the mats take up significant space, I had no choice but to lay them out immediately. Without the velcro strips, they keep separating, creating noticeable gaps that not only look unprofessional but also pose a tripping hazard. We constantly have to push them back together, which has been inconvenient. It has now been a week since the mats arrived, and I have yet to receive the velcro strips. I hope they arrive soon, but more importantly, I encourage your team to consider improving this aspect of order fulfillment so future customers do not face the same issue. I would appreciate an update on when I can expect the velcro strips to arrive. Thank you for your time.

The horses really do seem to be comfortable at the show. The nice thing is, since they break into 2x2 pieces they are easy to carry and lightweight!

When my daughter need a practice/Zoom lesson space for dance, the only place suitable in our small house is the garage. But my husband and I also wanted to keep our cars there at night as we always have. I thought it was impossible, but GreatMats has the perfect product. I was skeptical until we installed it and tried it. It’s wonderful. She now has a 13’x13’ space for the same price as a portable 4’x8’ board that I saw on a different website. Hurrah!
