I love my SoClean equipment, I use it daily and it saves so much time from having to clean in sink or bathtub daily. Everything I have ordered has arrived within 2-3 days with No problems from placing an order to receiving it. It works better than self cleaning! Would highly recommend it to anyone using CPap

Experience of shopping was great. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took a 24+ hours to receive a confirmation email with order details. I thought that maybe my order didn’t go through, or that SoClean took my money and won’t be sending the product. Additionally, I have yet to receive to my $50 rebate.

Easy setup,easy to use and ignore. I just place the mask and headgear inside, hang the hose through the hole and go on with my day. Just takes a few minutes. I can then ignore it until bedtime when I need to open it up and use the mask for the evening.

The machine keeps my mask clean. I find that I do need to replace the filter about every two months though. Also the mask develops a slight odor from the nitrogen clean, but it is easily tolerated for the convenience of the self clean.

Best Service Around

I needed new filter kit and went online to see if it was time. The order for the last filter kit showed that it was complete. I thought I had ordered the subscription but nowhere did the order indicate that- so I reordered. About a week after receiving it, I received an email saying my subscription would be shipping in two weeks. After I received that I tried to call and was number 59 in the queue for service. Not having time to wait for that, I sent email and had to email back and forth over a day or so and finally the second subscription cancelled but two late to stop another shipment.

Your service was quick and good price. The delivery was very slow. My order sat for 4 days before they even scanned it in.
