Awesome and it sanitize my entire equipment

No information on shipping. I was sent a tracking number and UPS did not have it in their system. I am waiting for an AC adaptor and can not use my machine. Also the same experience when I ordered the cartridges.. .

SoClean says you need an adapter to use with my CPAP and they include their "3 most popular" adapters. Unfortunately, they don't tell you what they are so I had to wait for the device to be delivered only to find out that none of the three adapters fit. Waited another week for the correct adapter to arrive. Now I find that despite repeated assertions on their website, you do need to disconnect the CPAP hose and reassemble when done. The SoClean will not clean the CPAP, only the hose/mask. SoClean support also advised that although they list my CPAP (Dreamstation Go) as compatible and supported, it won't work with the humidifier attached. You'll still need to hand wash the humidifier. SoClean should be more upfront about these things before you buy!

I love it, was thinking why didnt i get it sooner than waiting so long its not bothering me at all it felt so refreshing and clean its great product since william shatner did a commercial on it thanks to advice and i love the masks its so good i can relax and not get irritated from it.. thank to soclean for being there be well and stay safe i had no problems with it i sleep well now and better

It was easy to order and the machine arrived promptly. I did try to contact the company because I had a question, but after waiting on hold for 70 minutes, I emailed them and got a prompt response to the question.
