It is hard to get to talk to someone so I always have to wait. But once I get someone on the phone they are great. Hire more people. also executing orders on TD ameritade is still freezing. Replay on stocks still doesnt work well.

I thought up to three days ago you were excellent. But know not so much because I have sent three emails from my platform and one from my laptop to platform support regarding my program not working at all and have not received ANY responds. It is like they are going into a black hole. Hopefully, someone will see this and email me back. Fingers crossed

In the beginning it was a bit confusing setting up my account. I was provided customer assistance after requesting help and everything worked out great. I also like the fact it’s an affordable platform especially for newcomers like myself with the want to learn futures. You can get comfortable trading with a simulation account or jump in and trade a live account. This platform was recommended by Ian Dunlap also known as the master investor so I hope Ninjatrader reaches out to him and partners with him because I’m sure he’s driving a bunch of traders to the platform

Ninja Trader Brokerage dont accept Sepa transfers anymore so i in my country i have do make swift transfer , to withdraw money i have to pay NT fee and a high fee at my bank to receive funds, i closed my account and i am now with AMP futures wich accepts Sepa transfers

I would like to thank and acknowledge Kate for her knowledge and professionalism. I had an idea for a chart modification and she was able to solve the problem within the same day as the request. I knew exactly how I wanted it to work but would have never been able to make it work without help. She knew exactly how to modify the indicator script to make it exactly as I wanted. I believe she is a great asset to your company and should be recognized.

Customer service was exemplary, Shane called me back without leaving voice mail when I called him which made me feel kinda important. Broker fees extremely rewarding. I had trouble with another broker and when I switched account, the Ninja Tader team came through with five stars. Brad

Your customer service has been wonderful. I appreciate the timely responses. The platform needs a few upgrades. 1. The ability to save your chart drawings without leaving them open 2. The ability to draw on the chart with a pencil like tradingview 3 The ability to clone existing drawing such as a Box or a line of any kind. 4. The ability to drag your chart up and down just with mouse without holding Control button.
