In the last three years I’ve used the place three times. It’s clean, safe and easy to access. I’ve dealt with James and Maria and check in/out is always a breeze. 👍👍👍

Having had some fairly bad experiences at 'other self storage units' I wasn't holding out much hope ... How wrong I was !! Not only did I get a bigger unit that was cheaper, the rental process both online and over the phone was absolutely painless !! I was treated as a customer rather than an inconvenience. On arrival I was met by James who was super friendly and extremely helpful, chatty and went out of his way to explain things and make sure that I was happy, any questions were answered with a smile and he even took the time to explain what 'extras' my flexisaver gave me. The unit was great, accessible and clean with great facilities making the entire move in process simply brilliant. When there was a small question surrounding a rather confusing invoice James took the time once again to explain everything and make sure I was happy... which I was !! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend as this place ticks all the right self storage 'boxes' !!!!!

I arrived on site today and realised I hadn’t confirmed how to enter out of hours. James from Manchester helped me every step of the way and was very patient. Made the storing process so much easier. Facilities where clean and trolleys where available which made things so much easier. Covid cleaning station was in place so felt like they really did think of everything. Would highly recommend!

I do not recommend. They are professional in the way they handle your queries and complaints. But billing is crazy!!! They tell you the prices in weeks but bill you in months and do not break down the charges on the invoice. They also force insurance on you billed by the week. I have used storage a few times in my life and this is the first time that I am not happy.

Don't waste your time with this unhelpful lot, telephone staff are rude and patronising, almost seem proud that the price quoted online is complete rubbish. Firstly you need insurance the minimum rate is 50% the cost of storage per week, then they tell you you have to pay a deposit and instead of saying £80 they try and fool you by saying £19 x 4 payments up front. If you are like me and want a trustworthy no bull company stay away from these cowboys.

Had a mixed customer service experience trying to check in to our storage. Telephone advisor "Anthony" was rude and patronising when we called to try to amend our order, we hung up on him and phoned back to a much better handler who transferred to even more helpful local store rep (Leeds). We were trying to price match and/or amend the insurance which is automatically included on their orders with no (or a well hidden) explanation of how to change or add your own. The price match has been accepted at a third of the cost of the original quote. Will try to remember to update the review after actually using the storage!

A big thank you to Sharon and Vicky at the Great Yarmouth branch . Why can’t all people be as kind & understanding, with expert knowledge about the service they provide, helpful, organised, genuine, I could go on..... These ladies are an asset to the company and should be recognised. I rented 2 units back in December in the height of COVID, due to house sale and leaving the country. The only thing that went smoothly was hiring these units and getting my belongings in them . The ladies made it so easy, made me welcome, gave me a quote, explained everything, signed a contract, set up DD, bought a padlock, I moved my belongings on a trolley, into the units, job done. 8 months later, I still get an email with invoice, DD gets taken and my belongings are still safe. I never write reviews, but this company, Sharon & Vicky deserve a BIG THANK YOU ! ( sorry it’s taken 8 months, internet is a luxury here ! Taken 7 months to be working, not a smooth service ! )

Good explanation of services offered & charges involved. Friendly helpful staff both over the phone & on site. Limited experience of self storage facilities but would use again if required.

I have used Ready Steady Store in Worthing twice and on both occasions the service has been exceptional. You wouldn't think there was much to help with but things like getting stuff delivered or collected from the unit could have been a problem for me on a couple of occasions and Gareth and his team made the problems disappear. They also happen to be a very amicable bunch of people. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Ready steady store have been so helpful right from the start. Bending over backwards to meet our needs and finding us two containers when space was in short supply. Very easy to communicate with and reach someone on the phone. On arrival Maria was so welcoming, checked us in quickly and efficiently and was very professional, warm and friendly. She took me to see both containers and talked me through the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend the company and staff working there for their professionalism and efficiency.

Been here for a wile now and it is brilliant, the staff at the Bournemouth branch can’t help enough and go that extra mile every time, I’m here as a business and they take all my delivery’s and text me when they are in. Everything I needed and more

I've been with Ready Steady Store Burgess Hill since they opened in February 2020 and I've never had a bad experience. Plenty of space in the car park for multiple vehicles. 24 hour access is very handy over the weekends especially. Dan and Marc have always been more than helpful in the office and they have helped me grow my business by making upgrades as easy as possible and the Business package is 100% worth the extra weekly fee as they always make sure the parcel is received and place it in the holding room for me. I can't recommend them enough as a storage facility.

This is my 2nd unit I always find them very helpful.

My Father runs his stereo repair business from home, we have a unit in Burgess Hill as it is very conveniently located for us to take all of our deliveries to. We can pick up any deliveries in the morning with no hassel and the 24 hour access is ideal as we can then fit the work around our day jobs. Very pleasent and helpful staff.

With a double move on the horizon, we needed to “off load” some of our belongings to storage. After getting quotes we chose Ready Steady Store at Bicester, and we’re so glad we did, a fabulous team who have responded instantly when we had to increase our storage. Really friendly, helpful and professional, explaining the details whenever we had queries. Very good service and value for money 👍👍

I have been storing at the Bicester branch of Ready Steady Store since late last year and cannot praise them enough for all of their hard work and customer service. I have been dealing with Cameron mainly and he is always happy to help and has been very knowledgeable regarding the storage space we use. I would recommend Ready Steady Store in Bicester to everyone!
