I needed a large amount of storage urgently as was selling my house but was then going to stay with friends while looking for a new place. I dealt with Anthony first who was great on the phone and reserved me 2 units to be extra safe. He gave me lots of helpful advice as well. Then on the day of moving stuff in, Andy was fantastic, he couldn't have been more helpful and even arranged an extra unit late in the day when I realised I needed it. They were such a lifeline at such a stressful time and I couldn't rate the company and the people that work there highly enough. Maria is also really helpful. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

I would like to thank James for all his support throughout the short time we used Ready Steady Store. The service was excellent, simple and efficient. Whilst we only utilised the service for a short period of time the facilities were excellent and the operating process was user friendly. I have used this company for around 7 years now and cannot rate them highly enough. I have full access to my unit whenever I want, the price I pay is the cheapest I can find for the unit size and the staff on site are always friendly and helpful. If I ever do have any issues to raise (and they have been seldom), they are dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction. As with most companies, it’s the staff that make a business and the staff on site have always been great to deal with and make this a 1st company in my opinion. I have been storing with Ready Steady Store Worsley for over 6 months now. Excellent service nothing is ever to much and Karl has even sorted out issues for me when the office is shut. I previously stored with another storage company but I will now always use the Worsley branch as the service is 100%.

Outstanding staff and very helpful

Having used the Worthing depot for over a year now based in ivy arch road I cant recommend them enough. If I had the option for 6 stars then I would happily click on it. Gareth and the full team have been more than accommodating for any problem I’ve had, even receiving deliveries for me and safely storing them for me until I can get chance to pick them up. If Carlsberg did storage units then this would be the one. Nothing but praise for everybody working there.
