BURGESS HILL OUTLET Great service. Marc and Dan were extremely helpful and clear in exactly what was on offer and how much it would cost, breaking it all down for me on paper. Had my stuff there for three months longer than I'd originally planned and it couldn't have gone smoother. Would definitely recommend.

Great for what we need for our business, we are a local gas and electrical installation and maintenance company so the 24hr access is great when on call outs. We've been with Ready Steady Store Wokingham for over 10 years, we have always found the staff to be helpful and they are one of the reasons we have stayed as over the years their pricing has been competitive however this seems to be less so recently, hopefully they will conduct a price review soon.

I researched storage units close to home & really lucked out with Ann at RSS on the Tring Road, Aylesbury. She has been super helpful from the first phone call onwards. The long term price was competitive and I couldn't fault the level of service. Thank you Ann.

Paid for 24 hour access but was not given a gate key, only a code. On the second time of not being able to access my unit I called and James answered. It was on a Sunday and I explained I needed access or I was going to lose approx £500 worth of my belongings. I was told something may be able to be arranged and I would get a call back. But I never did so called again and was told the same thing. After the second call i was told nobody could go to the unit and open it, or provide me with a key. I had paid for 24 hour access so disputed this and asked if someone was available (given the number I was calling had the same area code as the area of the storage unit) James then told me that the gate was open and I could suddenly access the unit. It was also explained to me that the office was closing and I wouldn't be be able to get through on the phone for the rest of the day. When I got there (after loading 2 cars full of stuff) the gate was locked. I lost £500 of my belongings because of this and also will have to pay for the removal of them from my old property. When I called the next day I spoke with Luke, who explained he was ten minutes away from the unit and had actually offered to help but James had told him it wasn't necessary Luke dropped the key off himself that day which I appreciate, but it seems I was lied to multiple times by James. Not only that he actually had me going to a unit he obviously knew wasnt open, as Luke also explained to me that the phone lines are open 24/7. Appalling service and I'm now paying 100's of pounds for it.

Shopped around for storage places in Aylesbury while my house in being built. Ready steady store popped up in the searches and the Broadfields branch was closest to my new home. From the off it was smooth with lots of communication and offers with Mike, he put me at ease with sq ft requirements and price etc. On arrival with my luton van load Mike and Anoushka had arranged a man to assist with the un loading and stacking of the storage (very important in hind sight as he stacked everything high, using the precious space more efficiently than I ever could) however I had more items than I described and my original unit would have been a difficult squeeze. With my own time pressures and long distance to the original booked unit from the car park, Mike suggested the outdoor shipping container with the special rate on offer. I was very thankful as the container is in the car park so very quick to load up and unload one day. On several further visits they are always there to help and with some financial struggles I have had, Mike and Anoushka have assisted above and beyond where they can. The units are clean and the area well maintained. The toilets are also clean. They have a fully stocked shop or boxes, locks and other packaging materials. I bought a lock on the day and it looks to be a very strong lock. Overall its been a great and stress free experience.

The team here are extremely helpful and friendly. On many occasions they gone out of their way to find the best storage solutions for us.

The two standouts are: no1; The personal care taken of clients by the manager of the Rigby branch ‘Adam’ and 2; The superb facilities and ease / convenience of use at the Rugby store! Bravo Adam and Ready Steady Store - You do your brand proud! We have no hesitation either using you again or recommending you (so much a cut above the normal storage companies / container type rubbish) Thank you for making a very stressful time just that little bit less stressful!

Good service and facilities. There are two lifts to take you and goods to the 1st floor. Lifts are a bit small and lift doors shut to quick.

Gary and James were great at the Storeham store and the whole experience has been pretty good, we got our stuff in with room to spare and the process has been easy. It would be 5 stars but for the issue with using our own home insurance which was a bit disappointing. However this is the Company's policy rather than the Shoreham depot. Convenient, clean, responsive and does the job - what more could you want from a storage facility?

Gary and James at Shoreham were extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only were they polite, but they would always make sure I was looked after properly. The storage units were easy to access with a good car park. An all round great experience.

We used the facility for a few months and found the whole thing really easy, convenient and the staff were helpful. When we moved out we did it on a weekend and again they were helpful and accommodating. Better than other larger companies I have previously tried. Would definitely use again.

Friendly and efficient staff Mike and Anosuka are very helpful and is always keeping on top of things Units are very well maintained, surrounding areas kept clean and hand sanitizers always available I simply cannot fault the services provided . A big thanks guys!! The only issue i have is that prices could be a little bit cheaper , but saying that you get what you pay for and it’s worth it !! Broadfields Sal

Last minute change of plans meant that I needed storage fast. Readysteadystore got me exactly what I needed, where I needed it. The price was great. The storage facility was spotless; even the carpark. James, at Shoreham, went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful.
