I recently placed 3 separate orders, 2 for spare keys and 1 for a lock with an offer of a spare sleeve included. 1 set of keys, I've heard nothing, order placed 21/07/2023. 1 set of keys has apparently been sent to but has failed to arrive. The lock has been received minus the spare sleeve. So far not good, I await a satisfactory outcome, but with 3 orders and 3 problems it's not looking promising. The keys that were sent out have eventually arrived, so happy with 1 of the 3 orders. Issues with these orders have been rectified now, thank you. I have changed the rating to 4 stars from 2 stars accordingly.

Excellent lock. Not good for leaving the bike for a long time but perfect for a cafe stop en-route or when bike is on car. Fits into my cycle jersey easily. Highly recommended.

I had a slight problem ordering which was resolved by customer services. They even thanked me after placing my order now thats great customer service.

Pleased with the quality of the ANKR products we ordered. However, one of them appears to have been dropped prior to shipping, damaging the enamel coating. Doesn’t detract from the security but wonder how the exposed metal will stand up to the elements.

the lock gives me ease of mind knowing my bike will be secure, but my E-bike is larger so finding an area that the lock can fit with ease is a struggle sometime. maybe an extender for the lock could be great.

HIPLOK DH1000 WORK WELL AND SECURE VERY WELL MY E-BIKE.

I have two products from Hiplok. D1000 and DXXL. Both have great quality. The production quality, look, and performance are all great. In terms of durability and security, normal users such as us cannot test and approve it, but I have seen amazing tests on youtube videos regarding its durability and I doubt there is any brand to have better quality and security. Specially D1000. The only downside (which has nothing to do naturally with the brand) is that DXXL is very heavy. Almost 6Kg.

They offer 10% discount for first time buyers, but not for the most relevant product. Very deceptive.

A fantastic product and customer service was even better when USPS fluffed up the shipping.
