Solid lock, pricey but solid

Ordered a cafe cable lock ,which unfortunately locked but didn't unlock ! got in touch with Hiplock and they sent me a new lock within a couple of days great customer service 9

I had my bike stolen, so decided to invest in this lock. It arrived quick and makes me feel more secure with my bike. It is small so quite hard to lock around the tyre and frame and pole, but with two locks it's fine.

The product looks and feels great but a bit of a nightmare trying to find places you can actually lock the bike to in accordance to instructions given by insurance company. Also the way the key is configured it’s not obvious if you have actually locked it or not. Can’t fault the customer service, however probably wouldn’t recommend or buy again sorry guys.

It's kinda heavy but I'm sure u can get a smaller one I don't thinknwe need as big as we got. Serves it's purpose!

I want to ride as light as possible and don't plan on straying too far from my bike when I do, so the Z LOK is ideal for me. I keep it in my saddle bag wrapped around a spare inner tube and use it to secure the bike to a fence or post whenever I need to nip into a cafe or shop. The only problem I have had is that it was once too short to go around my bike frame and a wide lamp post but have since found you can link two ZLOKS together like a regular zip tie and double their length! Problem solved!

Good & reliable lock.. I use it for my motorbike. 4 small disadvantages: The key sometimes doesn't completely turn to the full once I try to lock it. The weather protection cover is a bit not comfortable. A customized mount/holder could be very useful. Adding an alarm function could also be a good upgrade.

My order: RZ903680806GB Considering the fact that it's been almost a month since i ordered the Hiplok product and i still have not received it and also considering the fact that i never received a tracking number once i ordered it (i needed to send an email in order to properly get it)...safe to say i will never again order a Hiplok product for their abismal prolonged delivery time and experience. What i did receive constantly was not an update on my product (last update is a week ago...) was constant HIPLOK promotional emails which i never accepted. Your company definitely makes it easy to never order from again because of your terrible logistics and online customer service.
