I purchased the combination ziplock. I locked my bike at my local train station cycle hub on returning I entered the combination code and the lock would not open despite numerous attempts. In the end i had to resort to forcing the lock with my bike tools (thank goodness I had them with me). After about 10mins I was able to disable the lock and retrieve my bike. Luckily I was able to prove to the police that the bike was mine as i had the keys for the other AXA locks I also use!

Very nice lock and easy to carry as a belt, so if you nip out its all you need. Ditch the back pack. Not cheap but its very robust so worth the money. I have a Ebike so its the price you pay.

Megan has been really outstanding and exemplifies the best in customer service. When our chain arrived damaged she sent a returns label and a new chain. After a couple of failed attempts to post the lock back she arranged a courier collection. DPD arrived to collect the chain but sadly was given the wrong parcel and took away a bag of bird nuts. Megan arranged another collection, retrieved our bird nuts and arranged redelivery of those. So impressed with them for going above and beyond. Also was very quick to respond via email. First class service thank you.

Great experience using the Hiplok platform and fast delivery.

Product is awesome, but the kind how they handle tax when order is from EU is not acceptable and seems to be illegal. Buyers has to know before ordering what is the final price. I was very surprised, that I have to pay ca 30 Euro additional to the price in my order. My recommendation is not to buy product in the store.

I left my keys to my bike in México in Europe and had to get replacement keys. Thankfully I had registered the keys and the process - with a few hickups about identifying the right key (when you have more than one) this process worked fine even though I live pretty 'far out'. The keys were sent from the UK through about 15 courier stations and places on several continents (which looked a bit crazy to me for a hiplok originally bought on amazon México (and being imported from the US) but hey that's our globalist world and in this case it worked.... The only thing why it's a 4 star and not a 5 star rating ist the cost. I could have almost bought a newer one, that would also better fit my bike... So the the decision to get replacement keys in my case (with the lock not actually in use) was more based on not to want to throw away a still perfectly new lock.

Quick delivery but as the prices are in euros on the website it gives the impression the product is sent from an EU country- so it was a bad surprise to pay almost 40% extra for taxes and customs.

Product is perfect. The only problem I had is that taxes were not included in the price. I had to pay another 90$ to get the product delivered to France. Regards

I use a few hip lock products but I love the colourful cable ties. I ordered a couple recently and my parcel went MIA/AWOL which Megan sorted out very swiftly.
