Fast response to my email query re charges on my card. Incredibly fast shipping once the order was processed. Painful price for the lock, but if we can believe all the hype I feel like my painfully expensive bike will be secure - at least more secure than whatever it’s locked to.

good product but the size of the lock must be larger

I haven’t gotten the lock yet. Been a month and I’m being overcharged for Duties and taxes. Being charged $100 when at most it should be $50 or included in your bill. My guess as to reason I’m being overcharged is you stated the value at much higher than it was. 250 pounds = 385 CAD * 0.13 = $50 not $100.

Great lock but could be longee

Hi let me start by saying that I love the lock my issue is that in California the bikes racks are usually thick or wide so the lock is about 2 to 3 inches too short so I can not use the lock in a lot of places. So if you guys ever do another version please make it 2 to 3 inches longer. That is the reason I gave it a 4. If not for that it would have been a 10 seriously. Thank you.

HipLock should be transparent about their shipping fees and tariffs. The package was shipped from the UK to Denmark and had an additional €100 shipping tariff. I asked HipLock about this before ordering and they said this was included in the cost. A very expensive lock and I question the over all costs to non UK customers…

I've waited awhile for a lock that'll give me confidence to leave my bike unattended and this one definitely does that. It comes well packaged, with several keys and an easy to register system for getting replacement keys.

Fast delivery, great lock. Gives a comfort feeling knowing your bike is left alone safe.

Although lock production & shipping took a while and was then delayed, Hiplok kept me appraised of my locks' status during the wait. It then arrived as indicated and the tracking information was appreciated. That said, it was worth the wait! Lock looks to be exactly what I was expecting.

It finally arrived ! Was a bit disappointed by the high cost of taxes I had to pay to DHL; 80 euros.
