ive been waiting since May (when i ordered ) for my D1000 and still haven't received it 4 months later....yet they are advertising to pre order for the next batch....! if you do, be prepared for a very long wait ! dissapointed to say the least, especially as it costs over £200...

They did a flashy tease campaign to introduce their new D1000 lock and, at the critical moment, the website crashed and if you could get onto it, there was no option to order the lock. Pathetic, and if that's the best they can do, what prospect is there for their products?

Love the lock. It's extremely well built and sleek. I particularly enjoy the extra secure keyway, which is much more secure than Kryptonite's disk detainer locks. Those are readily pickable and the tools are available online, cheaply. The belt/strap loop is great too! I highly recommend this lock and I'm surprised they're not sold more here in the US.

The DX+ was ordered, shipped, and received the same week. High quality lock that is solid, annd unlocks very smoothly. The key does not hang up. No issues with it. Highly recommend Hiplok locks.

Fast shipping, the chain lock gold looks very strong and easy to carry around the your waist. Very good product!

It's a nice easy to manage light lock. I have a heavier lock to complement the lighter lock.

on July 12 i ordered my spare key for more than 23 euro incl. shipping to germany. today is september 09 and it is not here.

I had a problem when placing the order as my address was not recognised. This was sorted quickly so I was able to complete my order easily.

Solid lock & product but they just can't keep replacement parts in-stock which is frustrating & annoying.

It does not come with a mounting bracket, the D-Lock D1000. I paid £250 for this stuff, but having to tote it about drives me insane.

The lock looks impressively solid, but when ordering it,it was difficult to determine whether the chain and covering would fit through the key spots on my scooter. It would be great if Hiplock had arranged a few more holes along the 6’ of chain to enable flexibility of attaching it snugly around different parts.

Lock appears well made but not big enough gap for battery bikes had to trim rubber coating on inside to fit around frame and battery needs to have a 5mm bigger space and 20mm longer to be great. But defo 5mm wider inside.

After a long wait for my new D1000 I'm totally happy with it. Worth the money and I can't wait to get a second one.

Great security creds and is a quality product. Not 5 stars because I believe it’s too small to go round most 600cc plus motorcycle wheels. I just have mine round the spokes but would prefer it round the wheel.
