Website trading as Britcar Global Poor communication over the simplest of LR parts - 2 washers. Ordered parts showing as available on website. Received order confirmation including tracking information (Royal Mail First class tracked). A working week later nothing has arrived and car is still sitting in bits waiting for these parts. After 2 emails querying where the washers were sent to the email address their receipt clearly states as any questions, please contact here 'If you have any questions, contact us at the sales email address given' I finally got an email saying a refund had been issued as they had no stock due the part no longer being available. The response also said 'I am sorry for the delay in replying to you, this is not the communications email, it is just for purchasing, for a much faster response please use the sales email address' which actually was the email address used. So, on the face of it, no part available with poor communication which I responded to, saying that listing an obselete part seemed a bit daft if they could no longer obtain it. I then get an email that appeared quite stroppy in nature, implying how it was impossible to manage and monitor one obsolete part against the huge stock they carry, missing the entire point that the issue was actually down to poor communication. If I had known the day after order (when they processed it) that it was obselete, it would have given plenty of time to source a new supply (they are just washers so measurements and order from any washer supplier in a better quality material) and carry on with the job. So, although trivial, and noting that we all like a good moan, in my experience good business relies on good communication, especially when even small things go wrong. To me that is what brings customers back. In this case, poor communication followed by a seemingly irritated email is the real issue, and the communication can no longer be trusted. In a world were there are many suppliers of car parts, it simply means looking elsewhere where I know the communication and customer service are 100 times better.

Phoned and asked for a pacific part even gave them the part number I Said check 100% that the part is in stock oh yes yes definitely in stock I place the order then they email item is not in stock and don’t know when it will be don’t waste your time or money dealing with these morons

In the end got the part that I wanted but it costed a lot of time and work. Had to buy it through E bay and paid VAT which we normally do not pay. Have done a lot of bussiness with Britcar but life used to be a lot easier ! :(

British gas still have not got the singe in from right because my bill for gas and electricity for one year price cap is 1.100 something a year and my monthly bill is over 300 ponds a month but but British gas just emailed me at 550 this morning tine I paid the bill on Wednesday the gas was 2.18 pounds witch I did through my bank app and the payment was sent my electric bill was a hundred and seventeen pounds in total 317 44p every month snice I moved hear so bye my reconon my yelley bill has now paid for the year and they have serous issues with their app its just playing a game with people and emails at 550 and 1am in the morning still continue to wake disabled people up

Ordered a Bearmach starter motor from these guys, they emailed me to say they can't get them, but offered either Allmakes or Britpart instead, I opted for Allmakes as I thought it would be better quality. When it turned up it was in a box labelled Allmakes and Britpart, not ideal, but I fitted it anyway. Seemed very good to start with but 2 months later it won't turn the engine over any more, swapped it back for the old one which I had reconditioned. Tried to return the faulty one only to find their web site has gone.
