Once I had some software issues with my DSD player on my computer workstation, which made me feel that I was not able to fully enjoy the high-fidelity music, I reached out to NativeDSD's customer service. The representatives from the customer services also not just pointed out directions for me to troubleshoot the issues but also seek excellence in helping customers and ensuring that the customers, like me, would be able to fully enjoy its high-fidelity digital music products! I got a prompt response to my issue with downloading a purchased album. NativeDSD is always helpful, professional and courteous.

Some difficulties with downloader installation. But i really like DSD products.

Resolution to issue relatively quick

Native DSD has proactive and quick customer service, but the issue is international shipping. I bought two vinyls made by Fonè, which were sold as checked one by one, but one was of poor quality. They offered me a full refund, but shipping the vinyl from the UK to the Netherlands would cost me almost half the price, not to mention the time wasted to arrange the shipping. This is a high-quality service for me, so I expect a full refund or replacement without any additional cost. This is a significant turn-off; I will not buy vinyl from NativeDSD; it's too risky! Maybe NativeDSD can involve the Record label to provide a refund or a replacement at their cost.

All went well. Easy to place the order, easy to get it. Wish the downloader wasn't an electron (or whatever it is) monstrosity that barely works even on a very powerful machines.

I've been collecting hi-rez music for the past few years, and I find some beautifully recorded music on NativeDSD. I especially enjoy having the format choice at download. This site helps me choose quality over quantity when it comes to collecting music.

The purchase and download process is straightforward and efficient. Each album has extensive notes which help the customer decide if the recording is right for them.

Native DSD is the real deal when it comes to audiophile grade recordings. No fault of Native's it did take longer than expected to get delivered to the Midwest USA. Their tracking service ends at the arrival of the destination countries customs inspection.

The quality of the sound in the files is awesome and the support in case of any questions is outstanding good!
