It's your downloader. I cannot recover form intermittent network issues. I does not resume, the retry does not work. How hard is it to do an md5 checksum to know a file is downloaded and only re download the what is needed? You have a fancy retry button, it doesn't work. It took me 30 tries to download one album. 2024, I'm a dev, your app is a massive clown show. I don't even want to get into the rest of it, it's really pathetic. A deliberate and successful case of fraud.

The service worked well enough. Not sure why you need their special downloader, but "ok." DSD files are pricey, not going to lie. I guess we'll just call it the "DSD Tax" and move on. Otherwise, a good experience. I would buy from them again.

I love the fact that FINALLY!!! someone provides the provenance of digital recordings. We pay good money for music (with no physical medium or shipping required to justify high pricing) so, it is nice to know I am getting a native high resolution file and not some redbook file that was upsampled to the DSD. Also, I love the download tool. I juist click the button, the files are downloaded to the location I specified and the next time I use ROON, there is my new music ready to go. Doesn't get much easier.

Update: The vendor reached out to me to see if they could address my concerns. Raising my review by a couple of stars for their initiative. The problem is likely a bug with their downloader or how it is integrated with the checkout process. However, they correctly pointed out that it's always possible to download past purchases from the "Downloads" tab after logging in. If you have problems with the downloader app, just login and download your purchase directly. ~~~ The checkout process required too many steps, and it was very difficult to get the downloader utility to work. The instructions kept redirecting me to a circular set of instructions. Frustrating. I probably won't buy from you again because of this.

It is very easy to locate music and to download it. The NativeDSD Downloader makes it very easy so that you do not have to unzip a folder. In addition, it is very good to have a company that truly provides the highest possible resolution of the audio files. I bought one of the multi-channel DACs listed on this site and have been extremely happy. When available, I like to purchase the multi-channel DSD files.

It was a good experience so far. I’ve downloaded show demo product only on 2.8mhz & 5.6 mhz files and they sound very nice.
