Knew I was on Linux and enabled zip downloads. Download speed was decent. These are big files!

Need to update my review and apologize with Native DSD team. True initially their customer service support didn't reply within the expected 24 hours, but later they engaged me via mail and through several messages and suggestions helped identify the right technical issue that is related to my streamer that need to be reconfigured. I asked the possibility to download the album in a different format than the original one I bought and this was granted at no additional cost. Hence I feel the need to share my appreciation for the patiente, competet support and customer centric approach demonstrated by the DSD team. Thanks and best regards. It is simple and straight forward. The instructions for Drop Box made the process easy to down load the music files. I bought the new Carmen Gomes download Ray and Patrica Barber download Modern Cool from here. One the best recordings I have heard as a audiophile. Would be nice to have more like these. Look forward to it.

Very good sound quality Hi-Res, especially in DSD. Easy to download music with several options on what sound quality you want to download. Also has various information about each album as well as recording information.

The quality of the recordings is really good.

One of my DSD downloads wouldn’t fully download. I got about 65% of it. Then it stopped working. Other albums have downloaded in full with no issues.

I got the starter pack and I really enjoyed it. The DSD recordings sounded like vinyl records and the quality was amazing for digital recordings. I just wish DSD was more adorable.

The audio quality of the downloads is very satisfying, contrary to the limited overall number of available recordings. The "user experience" could greatly improve if your IT environment gets a substantial boost.
