Great music, I really enjoy the albums I buy from you. The only thing that I don't like is that the website runs verry slow. Maybe an improvement can be done here.

I have so far been unable to download my purchase as the link to the .zip folder is unavailable and the downloader app downloads each track to 100%, then fails. I've allowed the app protected folder access, tried running it as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling, but no success. I'm waiting a few more days to see if the .zip folder eventually becomes available, but so far a very poor experience.

I bought an album. The artist is amazing. I am a knowledgeable tech person. Started two tech companies. Your system is NOT user friendly. Very old interface. Never could get the system to work. Gave up. A waste of time and a waste of $35.

Excelent sound. Every detail can be appreciated to the fullest. A fine work by the artists captured in an outstanding recording.

It's nice to have the choice of DSD or HiRez FLAC. My downloads come across without a hitch, and the sound quality is the best that money can buy.

The quality of the music format is superb. But if you plan to purchase multiple records, you might encounter problems downloading them. I encountered issues with their download software where it will intermittently just stop downloading. I needed to close the download app multiple times to reset and continue the download.

The quality of the music files is excellent and I highly appreciate it. However the downloading process is relatively complex if you don’t use the DropBox. I listen mostly to pop/ rock music and the choice is very limited on NativeDSD.
