I put 5stars if i don't have this problem if the discount from member native+ doesn't work when i buy. I must login but when u choose catalog i still not logged and sometime i can use discount and sometime not. You can check my last orders and see that not always the discount are used

I liked the possibility to check if my server can play DSD format (which it cannot). So I purchased FLAC. Download was easy but the order of the songs of the album is wrong on my server (NAIM). This never happened with any other download.

A really great overall experience! It's always a pleasure to check titles on NativeDSD portal, retrieve and download them very quickly trough their Downloader. I got an issue on my cart and got a quick reply from their support just few hours after my request even if it happened during the weekend.

Great selection and quality. The DSD Downloads are generally of a higher sonic quality than other websites. The reason I took one star off is due to the below par website. It’s slow and feels like it was built 20 years ago. You can do better.

I find the page loading time to be unusually long, but I am not sure if that might be something on my end. It is not possible to skip freely when pre-listening, which can make previewing long-form content impossible.
