Excellent service from start to finish. Communication excellent, price competitive and fitting was incredibly fast and neat. Very pleased. So are the cats.

5 stars does not really do this company justice. From my very first contact for a competitive quote to installation today they have been 100% amazing. I had my quote within minutes and offered a choice of range and price. Sarah kept us up to date on delivery times and the fitter today (CJ) couldn't have been nicer. What a brilliant and reliable company! I emailed them a while back to enquire about their services, they came back to me instantly with a detailed and extremely informative response for me to look over. After finally adopting our cat we got back in touch to arrange the measuring up and installation of our cat flap and again they came back to me immediately to get everything booked in. They were fast, efficient, reliable and so professional! I honestly can't recommend them enough! The cat flap looks so sleek and neat as though it's always been there. Really thrilled with the result! If you need a cat flap installed these should be your go to!

Fantastic company to do business with . A friendly and knowledgeable man came and measured up and reassured me that the magnetic cat flap I had chosen would be perfect for my door even though I had Georgian bars inside the glass . The day of fitting, only took about 20 mins and I love the fact that they supply the cat flap too .. he took the time to explain how to program the cat flap and the cat flap looks great in the door . Such a professional service from start to finish . Would highly recommend

Very pleased with the service and fitting of the new glass and cat flap in our door. Had to wait a little longer than ideal due to outside influences, but the fitting took less than 45mins. Cat flap looks great, kitchen was left clean and tidy afterwards and even had the kitchen door oiled a little to make it easier for us to go in and out :) Highly recommended

I cannot recommend Cat out of Glass highly enough. They are super efficient and friendly, it’s such an easy process from start to finish and Sarah and CJ are just lovely to deal with. This is the second time I have used them and I wouldn’t ever look to use anyone else. Just a brilliant service.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Turned up on time to quote and for installation, clear with pricing and our options, very friendly and treated our home (and cat!) with respect. Could not recommend them more.

Went from initial enquiry to cat flap installed in a week. Really great, fast comms, all the info you need to choose which product, you can buy the cat flap from them, fast installation by a friendly polite person who cleans up after himself and explains how it works. Great follow up afterwards with link to the warranty. Can't fault it.

Absolutely first class service! We moved house and needed a cat flap installed. Sarah & CJ were prompt to reply, quote and explain what would happen on the day. Our cat flap was installed within 3 days of contact! Brilliant. CJ even tried to help fix a faulty door lock. They'll be my first call if we ever need another cat flap installed!!!! Great job guys.
