Absolutely amazing service! Cemlyn was very helpful, friendly and informative while we were negotiating the best way to go about our cat flap fitting which allowed us to make our decisions with confidence. Once he visited our flat to get the lay of the land, he provided information about not just our options (door or window) and the associated costs that each option may involve, but also about cat flap training and the benefits and downsides of the different types of flaps. He was very quick to reply to emails which meant that we could agree on a fitting date easily. The actual fitting was done within 20 minutes, Dave was quick, efficient and it was a thrill to watch him at work with our single glaze door. Before we could even say Mission Impossible, he already had the cat flap in place. At the affordable price they charged, they've provided a friendly, approachable, professional and skillful service which we couldn't have been more happy with. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely call them again if we need a flap fitted!
