So happy with the service from Catoutofglass. I was in touch with them a lot as was unsure about the size of my window panel. They were so speedy in replying and very helpful in finding a solution. In the end, I had a UPVC panel rather than glass as this was the only way it would fit. Sarah was excellent at keeping me up to date on free slots and CJ was so efficient and friendly on installation day. CJ explained so clearly how the Connect catflap works and how to set it up. Fabulous service, highly recommend.

I'm not usually one to give reviews but the service I got from Cat Out Of Glass prompted me to do so. firstly they came round and fitted the glass and cat flap, showed me how to register the cats to it, and did it in a quick and timely manner. I noticed the glass had a small blemish, asked them about it, and without hesitation came and replaced the glass for me. The guys who came round were really friendly, very personable and I would recommend anyone and everyone to use them. I have not one single minor complaint to make, just a very happy customer.
