Excellent experience from the very first contact. I was nervous about the self measure but it was so easy I had nothing to worry about! The communication from Sarah was fantastic throughout. CJ and Roger were quick, tidy, polite and knowledgeable. We were in a rush to get out but nothing was too much and the boys fitted the glass and flap in record time, yet still done properly and professionally. We needed a replacement catflap in our kitchen door. We got an immediate response from the Office Manager, an explanation of the various options with pricing, and a potential instalment date.
