Very happy with my experience using Greenback. After extensive research of the compliance procedure, I determined I did not have the time (or knowledge) to file year's worth of federal returns and FBARs on my own. Local US accountants were not helpful either. Tim made the process simple and easy to understand. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Very poor communication -- from two different tax professionals. Unresponsive for days and weeks (repeated and continuing to this day). Simple and easily avoidable typos and errors on initial draft of return, undermining confidence in the entire work product.
