Greenback responded very quickly this year when I realized that I suddenly had a tax problem. I had used them before many years ago, but then started filing on my own. I did not have the time this year as things became complicated and I had missed a deadline. My accountant was super patient, responsive and answered all of my questions. Very nice guy who got it all done within a week or two of starting the process, and for a reasonable fee. I owed the IRS a ton of money but I am still relieved!!

My accountant totally ignored my questions & failed to include some of the paperwork in the returns, which would have reduced the amount I owe.

The whole process was simple and quick. I required assistance with delinquent FBAR filing. The cost was communicated upfront and the accountant (Eldho) was quick and professional. He was also very patient in answering my list of questions.

The representatives were always polite and answered questions promptly. They corrected a few minor mistakes swiftly, in the end did my tax returns right, they were accepted fast. The only thing I was not very happy with was the pricing.
