Fantastic experience overall. Working with a seasoned professional was a night and day difference from me trying to read 1000 blog posts and IRS articles and DIY everything on TurboTax (I tried and eventually gave up).

I got paired with an agent called Trevor August 2023 and the first thing I asked him was could he prepare the accounts/return by October 15th deadline. He confirmed this and on this basis I went ahead with this company. They did not complete the return by the deadline and he tried to make an excuse one day before the deadline (!) that it was due to me not sending the info in the organizer format they had but on a spreadsheet (which he had previously confirmed via email was fine). He didn’t even attempt to do my taxes till one day before the deadline and made the most ridiculous excuses for not completing it on time. Despite complaining to the company to this day they can’t tell me what action was taken against the agent. I can’t comment on any other agent but if you get paired with Trevor my recommendation is to go elsewhere and use another company.
