Great service arrived in fast time

I ordered a gear cover and gasket for my Webb hedge trimmer. The service was first class but I asked if they could supply the screws if they were not part of the order, no screws. The gasket supplied didn't fit and I had to make one. I thought the postage was rather expensive for the size of the order, still it was a good service.

We have just taken delivery of the spare we required to fix our lawnmower, having first sent them an e mail to confirm that it was the correct bit as there was no picture of the item on their website. They confirmed that I had the right bit so the order was placed. From placing the order to delivery was only two days Which we believe is a great turn round. Given the size of the item we thought the delivery cost was not that bad. We have only gave four stars due to the lack of pictures on their web site.

Had some problems with ordering a part for a strimmer through their website but they fixed the issue swiftly and threw in an extra part for the trouble. Happy with the parts. Quick delivery. Good honest service.

Expensive postage initially then I returned an item and was charged 25% of the value of my item for returning .. unbelievable!! It’s in there terms and conditions... apparently .

Would have been 5 stars but I feel the Delivery charge for spare parts ( the one I ordered was very small) is a tad excessive.

I put my order in right in the middle of covid 19 lock down many businesses were closed but they accepted the online order, it arrived easily by post and it was the exact same orignal fit mower belt that had been previously fitted to my cobra lawn mower. It installed perfectly and the mower is running like a dream thanks!

Parts arrived within a few days. Would have been nice if postage would have been cheaper.. I ordered a pin to secure the blades of a rotavator. Would have been nice if the security clip would have been included as well. But no fault of Mowers and Spares, the image on their website did not show the clip.

Replacement parts thankfully available. Hassle free transaction.
