Fairly good service but still did not get the correct parts had to adapt one of the old parts.

I purchased a Greenworks battery powered chainsaw from Mowers and Spares. Initially I was happy with the product. When the charger stopped working after a short time frame I contacted for assistance. After sending the charger and battery back for inspection at my own expense, there has been nothing. No emails, no answer to my calls, nothing. So far the issue has been 4 months in the running and with no resolution in sight. This is perhaps the worst case of communication and customer service I've seen. Unfortunately, local trading standards are the next port of call.

I have placed several orders with Mowers & Spares as their catalogue seems very comprehensive. The service I have received has been unfailingly speedy, efficient and courteous, in fact top-class.
