Delivery was quick and everything was alright but the letter was pushed through the pigeon hole and there was no opportunity to check the package with the courier present.

Easy process to get the money and arrived quickly

Posted through my door. Very dangerous and not signed for. No compensation given. No refund offered. The cash could have been eaten by a pet. Ripped up by a child or fished from my letter box. Or stolen if in shared accommodation. It would have been an absolute nightmare if it had gone missing, right before my holiday too. I can almost guarantee I'd have had to fork out for my holiday money again. I should be paid compensation in the form of the signed shipping I paid for and didn't receive and the profits you made off me should be returned or a refund offered. None have happened yet.

Fast service and exemplary security checks

I ordered euros on a Friday with the promise of next-day delivery. But the euros did not arrive until Monday. No emergency; no drama. But what if I'd been depending on them for next-day delivery? Packaging of euros very professional. I remain pro-ICE.

The home delivery worked fine. BUT - the reason I needed Home Delivery was because ICE told me that all their shops/collection lints were closed due to COVID. On the ICE website the "Click & Collect' option was not available. When I got to Luton Airport, where I would have chosen to collect my currency, the ICE counters were open for business, had been for a month they told me and were completely surprised when I told them that ICE were telling everyone on their website that Click and Collect was unavailable.
