We'd usually go and get money from the outlet at Waterloo station but due to Covid we aren't travel on public transport. Ordering online and having the currency delivered was really easy and quick. It arrived the following day by royal mail special delivery. I would definitely do it this way again.

I usually rate ICE 5 star but this time I was let down by the fact that I was sent by post US $ denominations that I would not have chosen as I prefer $100 bills for large amounts such I had ordered. On enquiry, I was disappointed to learn there was little flexibility of getting this corrected other than being told I should read the FAQs to find out about currency denominations policy. In future, I would suggest, you make the denomination options part of the ordering process.

Very good exchange rate and fast delivery

Have used ICE every few months for years. Their service was always very good. Things changed for me when they would only accept card payment when buying currency online. There is no option to do a bank transfer other than call them and place order on line. Placed an order a few days ago and paid for a next day pre 9am service. Did not receive until a few days later. Disappointing.
