Not used this kind of service before so I was nervous given the things you hear about with regards to giving out your information and your money before receiving a service. Shoudn't have worried. Really good exchange rates and the money arrived very quickly and safely packaged. Will use this service again soon.

Ordered late Thursday night and currency arrived first thing Saturday morning. Was the first time using this company and already impressed by their delivery times and that they out beat other currency competitors on rate. Ordered online and will order again!

Rated only at one star due to the Special delivery package being left on my doormat of an open front door and though I live in a small cul de sac It could have easily been stolen. I was home and a tradesman who saw the package. There was no attempt at ringing the bell. I would have preferred to collect from the sorting office if not available to sign for it.

We always use this company when we need travel currency, and have done so for several years. Their website is clearly set out and so easy to use. They always deliver promptly. When I had a small query, their telephone customer service is excellent too.

The ICE website is very straight forward and easy to use, so that is all good. The home delivery was terrible and not secure. Money envelope was posted into my letterbox but left poking out of the letterbox. I was in at the time, so heard the door and opened it to see the driver disappearing out of my gate. I had waited in for the delivery as I thought it was supposed to be a signed for delivery. I will use ICE again for currency but not home delivery service, as quite possible my money could have been stolen from the letterbox and without any signature where is the proof the money had ever been dispatched!
