The service in terms of Ordering currency was great. ICE were offering really competitive exchange rates and the speed of the delivery was fantastic, I would highly recommend. The website however was not a great experience, I wasn’t able to order a currency card on the first 3 attempts. The drop down options are horrific, you have to select from two drop down lists for the same item before it will accept and the link to the payment system failed on two occasions. Third time lucky, but really painful to enter all my information each time.

It was an easy and quick process to order the currency, at a really good exchange rate and it was delivered in two working days (signed for). A great transaction and I recommend ICE.

Absolutely dreadful. I reserved online and when I got to shop they asked me for the reserved $2,700 to be paid in CASH! Totally wasted my time and train fare.

...disappointing to find that I hadn't 'ordered/locked in' my exchange rate. This key piece of information should appear in big red letters on your website, e.g. "Warning - you are not ordering currency so the exchange rate may differ at time of collection" Re. your reply below. The voucher did not list the exchange rate, I had to print a screen grab to show this. As I collected the same afternoon I actually did get the rate shown on screen. I'm merely pointing out that what you have set out below is by no means clear on your website and it annoys me to think that your process means I could think I'm getting a certain rate when I download a voucher at 9am then jog along to your store at lunch time to find out it's different.

Providing you remember to print the click & collect voucher, best rate around. Convenient location and no queues.

Quick courteous service and we got a good enough rate when we handed over the coupon - someone else enquired about euros and he was getting a lower rate as he had not downloaded the form beforehand.
