My order was taken by Chloe who was very helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. My fuel arrived on time delivered by a patient chap who remained cheerful and helpful despite having difficulty with the lock on my tank, he persevered for some time and completed my oil delivery so all was well. The staff were nice to deal with and my oil arrived on time.

Prompt and efficient sale and delivery of heating oil. The vehicle came when forecast. Reversed up a long narrow drive without damaging the lawns. A good chap.

A very good service and delivered within time frame. Receiving a text the day before delivery is very useful. My only negative comment is that the same price should be offered online and when telephoning an order. A cheaper online price is not available to all and you can’t order for a group of neighbours online.

We have used Moorland for our domestic fuel supplies for some twelve years. We find their office staff helpful, their deliveries on time and their delivery drivers friendly and adaptable. The fuel burns very well too.
