Very pleased with the tank replacement carried out by Moorland Fuels. Good communication throughout and the installations was quick and efficiently carried out.

This company were very reasonably priced and provided great service, my heating fuel arrived in 2 days after ordering even though I ordered within 5 day service.

I have continued to use Moorland fuels for several years now and will recommend them to you as a company. They installed a new oil tank a couple of years ago for us and they provide us with our regular heating fuel. I find all of their staff incredible pleasant and helpful. I put this down to them being happy in their work and I suggest that Moorlands is also a good company to work for. Just an excellent business!

Good price, good service. I compared prices before ordering. Even though I chose to wait, delivery took place within a couple of days. The delivery occurred early in the morning and was so quiet we didn't wake! Thank you Moorland Fuels!

Service is good and very friendly. I used them for many years. But I discovered their prices are exceptionally expensive. BoilerJuice charged me £195 inc VAT for 825 litres of heating fuel. Moorland Fuels quote was £355 inc VAT for 825 litres of heating fuel. Quotes both done on the same day. This means Moorland Fuels are 80% - not far off double - the price of other suppliers! I don't mind paying a little bit more for service but double the cost is a bit too much! **** In reply to Moorland Fuels *** I checked my emails - the quote was emailed to me at 9:07am on the 2nd of April 2020. Excellent service, straightforward and helpful!

Mixed experience from Moorland Fuels. Had an oil tank replaced and a few issues as a result of the work done. Initially happy with the service, but as soon as any problems arise as a result, they do not respond to contact made. We are now out of pocket having to put things right! Good service when you want to buy something from them, but after sales care is pretty much non-existent. Therefore, sadly wouldn't recommend on that basis.

I ordered a new larger heating oil tank from Moorland Fuels. Their contractor contacted me, visited the site and later his staff fitted the new tank, and took the old one away. All done within 14 days. Very good service in my opinion.

I can't sing their praises enough. They went above and beyond to help me out with oil at a difficult time, even though the problem was my fault. And they were cheaper than Boilerjuice! They will always be my first stop in the future.
