Valuable tree damaged and branches broken by oil lorry and gravel/membrane pulled up by lorry trying to turn in a tight circle. Should not have attempted to turn in such a small area! This has not happened before as lorry always backs out of driveway.

I ordered coal on a Tuesday as I recall and was told Monday and Tuesday delivery only in my area so I would have to wait until next Monday. However, a special delivery on Thursday was greatly appreciated.
