The radiator is good only problem I had was your courier delivered 2 streets from the correct address to a house who's occupants where on holiday if it was not for someone next door who came looking for the right address it may have sat there for 2 weeks . John

I'd not heard of Geyser Radiators before, so took a chance in ordering from them but everything went as smoothly as it could. Purchasing via the website was simple, and the radiator was delivered on the day I was expecting it. The box looked a little battered in places, but everything inside was fine and the plumber installed the rad without any problems. It's only been in use for a week, but seems to be working as expected. The radiator I bought was tall and narrow with a black textured finish - it looks great on the wall and everyone who's seen it has admired it, including the workmen. I'd certainly buy from Geyser again.

Great service from Geyser, I have only knocked off a star because the website said the radiator was available for immediate delivery but in fact it was out of stock and I had a 10 day wait. The staff dealt with this immediately and very efficiently, following up as soon as stock became available to arrange delivery. The radiator looks fantastic, now I am waiting on the plumber to install it!

Have finally had my radiator installed, it looks as great as I imagined it would. The whole experience has been fine, the special order took as long as I was told it would, no stretching the truth by the sales dept. and the delivery was a piece of cake, helped by a knowledgable, polite and careful delivery driver.
