What is the point of providing delivery information if no one is home if this is completely ignored by the courier. Accept that Geyser don't control the actions of the courier, but I don't have a contract regarding delivery with Parcelforce...I have one with Geyser. Cost me a day's wages to sit and wait around for a redirection. Just read Geysers reply. My response is rubbish...Parcelforce courier said it happens all the time that agency drivers don't follow instructions as they just don't care or can't be bother
