Designer towell rail arrived as promised and as described. Bought a Timecard timer with it for use in our rental cottage. Setting this up was a bit long winded ( poor i t skills) but their helpline guy was very helpful and I was able to sort it fairly quickly. Working as described so far, would have given five stars had set up been a bit more straight forward. Rail looks good and top quality.

Fixing to the wall was extremely precise and one of the lugs was welded on at slightly the wrong angle which caused a bit of a problem. Also it is difficult to get at the adjustment screws. Otherwise, a beautiful looking radiator and extremely good output

The raw metal radiator looks beautiful. The reason for 3 stars is because of the very limited time a customer is given to report any faults. The 53 kg radiator arrived and 45 kg of me was home alone so I couldn't possibly have given it a proper once over. The delivery guys don't hang about. Thankfully all was well with it. Secondly the heating engineer said the brackets are absolutely horrendous. He was not happy with them at all and he fits radiators day in day out. They would not align and how to screw above the brackets from behind the radiotor? I have just had it installed today so can't comment on how well it heats up but it seems fine.
