United States | 04 August 2017Very good selection of radiators easy to navigate web site // Helpful staff when I needed to contact them with technical requirements Radiators are very versatile as the are designed with multi-pal inlet point for rotation purpose slim design and a very good finish incl. cover caps for all blanks / my option, I don't like the brackets but understand why they are like they are 4 x small separate ones as an installer to bathrooms,you then have to drill 8 x holes not great when holes are close together on tiles and porcelain tiles very hard must use a diamond drill, the possible error factor is increased would like to see 2 x brackets 4 x holes as per normal radiators, half the possible error factor half the cost for drills as they have a short life span. Overall yes I will purchase again / delivery on time and good communication by text Ref. delivery information.

There were two cross-threaded holes in one radiator which made it impossible to fit the capping nuts without re-threading the holes. However as the heating engineer has only just fitted them we are unable to comment on how well they work yet.

United Kingdom | 20 July 2017We visited the showroom in Bolton and choose the 2 radiators which we wanted , the following weekend we returned to place the order. At which point the salesman (who we found out this week was the actual boss) told us one of them was out of stock, we at this point were about to cancel order for the radiators but the salesman told us they would be back in stock on 11/7/17 .This would work for us as we had other craftsmen booked for other work being carried out on the house but the radiators had to be fitted before the joiner could start. We booked our plumber for the 15th and 16th of July. The 11th of July came and went by the 13th we had not heard anything so rang to find out what was happening at this point we got told no they are due between 11th and 21st .I then visited the showroom on the 15th to tell them the problems this as now caused me not only in lost money but the knock on effect with other work..I was asked who told us this as they shouldn't have I replied the name on the order at this point the assistant said ho It was the boss .Today we finally received a phone call to say the radiators could be collected I then asked for a call over what they would be doing over the problems they had caused.. When I received a call they basically told me we had misheard the salesman (the boss) we both know this is not true he clearly stated the 11th (in my opinion to get the sale) and they will not be doing anything for me but I could cancel the order and get a refund if I wanted. If we didn't like the radiators so much and needed them asap as they have already cost us to be a 3 weeks behind we would have cancelled the order . So to sum up possibly the worst customer service I've ever received and according to the boss we are both liars .Never again!!!! .
