Radiators arrived in perfect condition, a day late but that was down to a failure by the shipping company. Geyser were prompt in their response to queries as to what had happened to the delivery.

It's what I wanted, what I got and so far it works to control my towel rail. It was easy to fit.

Really good experience. Fast delivery. One faulty item (manufacturing issue) at the point of installation. One email with some pictures and 5 minutes on the 'phone and a new item dispatched within an hour and arrived the following day with the delivery driver taking away the faulty unit at the same time. Nice friendly people with a really good customer service ethic.

The purchase of my radiator was excellent, straightforward and with good product knowledge to the point of receiving samples of the finish next day and free of charge. I opted for standard next day delivery but when having difficulty contacting the courier to try to narrow the time slot, as I was alone and unable to lift a large item, Geyser had no interest in assisting and told me I should have paid extra for a more specific time slot. The single radiator was GBP 300.00! Nowadays it is commonplace for a courier to make contact when they will deliver. It soured my experience somewhat.
