United Kingdom | 16 July 2017I purchased a dual fuel heated towel radiator last year and for a few months it worked fine. Now every time it heats up it on the electric element it makes a loud clicking noise which is enough to wake us in the mornings and also becomes boiling hot to the touch even on the lowest setting. My plumber who installed the rad reckoned the cause was a faulty electric heating element. Geyser asked me to take this out to investigate as they said it may have been fitted incorrectly, or the system needed boiler silencer adding ( it has just been serviced so has this already ). So, my plumber returned, took out and refitted the element, as requested ( it was not bent nor crossthreaded nor was it touching the inside of the rad as geyser suggested it might be. Now I have another plumbers bill with a third probably to come to fit a new part and geyser have not even replied to me as to when they will send a replacement element or who will pay my bills or even they are looking into the matter ! I was really pleased with my purchase at first but now there is a problem the after sales service has been terrible and I will tell all my friends definitely not to buy from geyser radiators !

What is the point of asking for additional notes to support delivery and then completely ignoring them.
