Teddy had a lovely time at his latest grooming session and came back looking beautiful and smelling lovely

Friendly staff who appear to like the dogs. Left my lurched for a bath and called back after 45 mins. Dog roaming around in the work area and was very happy.

Have been bringing Ted & Winnie here for 5 years was gutted when it temporarily closed due to staffing but Ted and Winnie were absolutely fine,lovely full groom on both and friendly knowledgeable service

It was my pups first time and they were fantastic with her! She came out silky smooth, smelling amazing and she even had the cutest bandana to top it off. Have already booked her in for her next groom and will 100% go back again

My dogs nails haven’t been clipped at all. They also cut the hair on his head off when I asked them not too. Been bringing him here for 3 years and never had an issue but I don’t think I’ll be bringing him back now. It’s more expensive than other places local to me and I could get a better service elsewhere

Toy poodle cut way too short. We understood there was some matting but she was almost fully shaved. Also shaved her head which was not matted so no longer has the poodle look

Really bad cut this time. Will be changing to a new groomer. Usually we have good grooms here but this time our cockerpoo doesn’t look good. He has shave lines along his back, his face is choppy and has blunt lines. His legs are uneven. Really not happy.

Girls were lovely, professional and really cared for our lovely dog Bobo and an extremely good groom as always

Upsetting experience and will never return. Very unprofessional and overpriced too. A very uneven cut and I am very upset that while clipping my dogs fur between his pads they have cut his feet and not told me. He spent a day at the vet under sedation while they treated his feet . Very upset by this and will defiantly not recommend to anyone. Avoid

The ladies are very kind and patient and take their time with each pup. This was Bruce’s first big boy cut and it was a good experience for him, going for several pup cuts before has allowed him to get used to the environment and the ladies and he seems to be relaxed and ready for a nap by the time he gets home.

I have been attending the groom room with my dog for 2 years and I can fully recommend it for grooming your pets. My dog comes out beautiful everytime and I am so pleased with the results. The ladies are very polite and helpful and very caring of the dogs.

They never answer the phone, web site is not working properly. They take your deposit in case you fail to attend your appointment. But they can change your appointment anytime they like. My appointment was booked at 9am, I received phone call at 8:24 to say the groomer would be in. And this was the second time happened to me.

I love taking my 2 dogs to groomers. The staff there are lovely & know both dogs.
