Excellent service really good with dogs can't fault them

They were very friendly & looked after our new puppy, Poppy was not stressed and came out smelling of roses. Great work!

Groomer was fine but after taking our phone number to ring us as usual there was no phone call to pick up only a 5 pound charge because we were late by half an hour picking up dog. Will not be back and Manager was totally dismissive of all our protests.

Luna has been going since she was a puppy and when first started going they had to drag her in, now she is happy to go. The team always do a great job and I feel safe leaving her. Unfortunately their good work only lasts a couple of hours at most before she finds some mud to enjoy 🤣

The groom room stockport is brilliant and I would highly recommend it to anyone for their pets. Gina is especially fantastic and always does an amazing job going above and beyond for Lily our Yorkshire Terrier. I trust all the staff here even though Gina is our favourite

Joanne did a fantastic job of Dougie's groom. Just how we like it.

Noodles went for her first puppy groom, and has come home extra soft and shiney with very tidy paws. Glad shes had a good first experience, and looking forward to taking her back for more grooms in the future. Nice friendly staff, explained exactly what they were planjing to do, made noodles comfortable enough that she was asleep, hanging out with a member of the team when i picked her up.

Staff were wonderful with my dog Molly who isn't too keen on being groomed. They did an excellent job and she looked beautiful. A real spoiled pooch. Also have a pet club card and got 25% off grooming so it was real deal.

Lovely girls always take care with Miley as she is so nervous.I am able to leave her now knowing she gets the best care.

They are great make you feel that they will look after your boy

Dog came home very wet, said she wouldn’t sit for it but as soon as I got her home she let me do it. They have dried her before it just takes a lot longer than an average dog. So maybe patience wasn’t a thing on this particular day.
