My dog was in real need of a groom He came out lookin like a new dog They did a great job with him and the staff r always welcoming

Appa is now 9 and they have always been so good to him.

As always Sophie and the girls look after Bertie. I've no worries about leaving him in their care and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pets at Home Halifax, ....Booking was easy, staff were friendly, accomodating and took time to find out about our dog. They were lovely with her when we took her in .They listened to what I asked for, did a great job and she came out really happy.She looked lovely.It was a nice calm place to take your dog.

We’ve been customers of The Groom Room for a good few years and have always been delighted with the service. More importantly our floofy girl seems to positively enjoy it, and so she should!

Tom the groomer was excellent, he put me and my dog yo-yo at ease straight away, I’d explained that yo-yo is a nervous dog and hates the hairdryer so Tom had used the low setting and yo-yo ended up falling asleep as he was so relaxed. He came out of the grooming room wagging his tail and looked amazing, I highly recommend the groomers at Pets at Home Durham, we’ve already booked our next appointment 👍

Ned hates getting his hair cut and is snappy. The groomers deal with him perfect and are brilliant

Hi the staff are great and do an excellent job. I’m very disappointed that you have upped my bill by £19 a time for one of my dogs £4 basic price increase and £15 for an extra half hour as she takes 2.5 hours to do as for the last 9 years she has only taken 2 hours.
