United Kingdom | 08 June 2024The woman on reception was lovely and very helpful. My puppy was booked in for a puppy groom and spring package which included getting her nails clipped. I was told her nails were clipped but when I checked they weren’t yet it was on the form. She smelled and looked lovely. She is a lab so no hair clipping was required. As nails were not clipped I wonder what else was missed?

United Kingdom | 08 June 2024Staff are friendly ,professional and very caring in their attitude towards customers and their pets. Faye , our groomer welcomed our little dog and her approach was really sensitive she promptly rang me when the session was finished and presented us with an absolutely beautifully clean and beautifully cut little dog. Another good thing our little dog comes out unstressed.
