Natalie and Molly were both extremely helpful when our company started using the Dack App by Operto. They were quick with responses and knowledgable of the product. It made the setup process for our team very easy and smooth! Our guests have been happy with the way they are able to access all the information and we love that it programs the guests' smart lock codes automatically.

I have been working with the Operto team to onboard with Teams to streamline our cleaning and maintenance, and now I'm onboarding Access to manage our smart locks. The Operto team has been outstanding to work with. They always answer my questions the same day and never hesitate to jump on a call if I need more assistance. Where other companies charge for additional onboarding/assistance/calls, Operto truly puts customer satisfaction first and doesn't require additional charges to help. I couldn't recommend them more!

Corrine was a pleasure to work with at all times. Their response times were fast and their solutions were spot on. In addition to being a super nice and friendly person, it was a pleasure to work with someone who always seemed to understand exactly what the problem was and provided an accurate solution. He never offered unnecessary information or dragged out meetings for no reason. In a totally results-driven environment, this was the best thing that could have happened to us. Operto manipulated our small motel into signing a 12-month contract before we even closed on our property. Once we were up and running, we learned that their tool wasn't compatible with our software and they won't let us out of the contract. We're connected with many other small motel owners, and even the ones who continue to use Operto say that it is buggy and has a lot of issue. Avoid them!

Great support for onboarding (Thanks Clint!) Dashboards are super intuitive and easy to use for our front desk agents Seamless integration with our PMS system (mews) and we are able to pass room codes for our locks to our guest messaging system.

This has made my cleaning company scalable. I’m able to take on so many more clients now that I can have access to all of their calanders. I can easily get my cleaners on cleans. I love Operto, my cleaners love Operto and my clients/owners are thrilled. I get hours and hours of my life back. Thank Gawd for Operto and Corrine, and everyone that has been so helpful and kind. Llevamos muchos años con StayMyWay hemos transitado juntos un camino donde han habido muchos problemas pero hemos tenido la paciencia de ir solucionándolos junto a la empresa. En la situación que nos vemos en estos momentos es que donde antes teníamos mantenimiento, ya no lo tenemos, donde antes teníamos atención al cliente, ahora nos sentimos totalmente desatendidos. Los precios unilateralmente han subido un 40% la aplicación y un 30% los dispositivos físicos, y los dispositivos que están bloqueados por hardware y no podemos usar más que con su empresa ahora nos dicen que ha caducado la opción de reponerlos. Pero lo que más nos duele es la sensación de no hablar con nadie que te dé amparo o resolución de ningún problema. Despues de tantos años, que esta empresa haya absorbido staymyway ha sido para nosotros, un problema.

I have been using Operto for 7 + years with two different companies. The first was a property management company with 200 homes. The second is a small boutique hotel with 7 units. It is a great option for both and everything in between. I have a success rate of zero missed clean since switching to Operto - Thanks team. You make me look good :). It is a game changer for housekeeping managers and has been vital to my operations. Excellent software, easy to customize to your needs. Over the years I have made suggestions to suit my needs and they have been very responsive in implementing the upgrades. Take the time to learn, and utilize, the options available in the software. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Operto has been great, so far! Everyone we've spoken with has been very helpful and respectful, and any problems we've run into have been addressed quickly and professionally. We had quite a long delay between when we originally reached out and activated service, and when we were able to use their service, but they made sure to continue to reach out and see if we were ready for them to help us start the process. We appreciated their patience and their perseverance in making sure that we knew that they were there to assist us whenever we were ready.

We manage roughly 125 units in Central Virginia and have struggled with piecing together multiple softwares for guest codes, automated messages, and guidebooks. We found Operto Guest and Access and felt like it was the level up our team needed. We are slowly integrating Guest & Access into all of our units and it has GREATLY reduced the amount of questions that guests ask our hosting ream. Additionally, we love the check-in, check-out feature, and guest messaging interface. I cannot recommend it enough - it has really reduced our hosting workload and the amount of questions that guests ask us.
