The most important thing is the connection they have, I work with Yale locks and the setup of the locks with Operto only takes around 30 minutes. Their people are knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the tools and fully understand how to utilize them. We had a particularly difficult time getting set-up due to issues on our end and the Operto team was always helpful and never rushed us. The continuing support has also been reassuring when weird things pop up that we weren't prepared for.

I spent months trying to find a system that would do everything we needed. Setup was easy and what I couldn’t figure out on my own they covered in the onboarding. They are really quick to reply to any questions I have and most questions are actually answered with their “Help” feature that pops up articles specific to the page you are on. My teams are always on the same page now and can see everything they could possibly need and also submit issues in one easy to use app. I will never go back to the chaos that I had before Operto!!

Corrine and Elaina setup a comprehensive boarding session that walked me through everything, easing my mind on the transition and presenting to me the loading of all our properties, how to create and assign the work and an overview of all the reports needed to make daily decisions in managing the company. They have been there from day one, fielding any question I throw their way. And their technical support behind them is outstanding. Jill has taken on many a technical task to ensure seamless operation. They went so far as to create a new API for my business to enable us to become fully automated. This team and app they support are the springboard for any new or established business that is looking to automate and streamline their operations, improving the bottom line.

Still a lot to learn but so far we think it working out great. Would love to see inventory added and a phone app for administrator.

Its unreliable, support haven't got the skills get to the bottom of ongoing system failures, Operto would rather blame 'user error' than take responsibility for fixing the ongoing, persistent and consistent bugs. Its expensive and untrustworthy and we would not recommend it!

United States | 15 December 2022I migrated from Enso to Operto Guest. Enso was more expensive but they had a cleaner interface and guidebook. Long story short, Operto's customization was the deal breaker for me. I have yet to explore their other products but I am 100% sure I will in the near future. Onboarding with Quynh was easy and can be done within an hour if you're a tad bit tech-savvy.

Being recently certified, she of course didn't have all of the answers upfront, but she did have most and when she didn't. I would like to see them add the capability of adding either a vacation schedule or days off schedule that could be added to a staff member so you know not to schedule them. I would also like the system to prompt you to delete a cancelled reservation instead of just deleting it after a cleaner has already been scheduled.

I exhausted many hours of research on companies that can automate our PMS system with the keyless entry and Operto was my end result... I made the decision to run with Operto for our automation needs, and I could not be happier... The customer support and specifically Molly, have been exceptional.. Obviously installing keyless entry locks while remaining operational comes with plenty of hiccups... But, Molly and her team remained by my side, helping every step of the way. Immediately responsive to any questions or concerns, and installing codes remotely, resolving issues promptly, I can't say enough about the Operto team.
