As of now i dont have any problem with Operto teams. The support is excellent but on emails. I am still using it. Lacks the option to integrate with google sheets for pulling laundry reports in real time. Inventory management feature is missing. Rest all works like charm. Advanced rules.

I've used Operto for almost 9 months now and I really love how easy it is to use! I am able to schedule our clients with ease and assign workers knowing there won't be any hiccups. Notifications are sent to ensure we are on track and keep us all in constant communication with each other. Being able to upload photos on how each property should look is one of my favorite features! Specific requests can be listed on the property notes for all to see. The "scheduling" tab is very easy to see and use when we have multiple cleans in a day. Having all the information I need to run my business is all listed in one place. No need to carry files around and try to remember all the door codes or addresses. I know when I have questions, the team at Operto is there to help!

I run a vacation rental cleaning service in NC, I attribute much of my success to this company. They took me from 10 houses and struggling to schedule to 85 houses. Automatic billing and seamless scheduling has made life so much easier and able to grow exponentially. The folks that work here are pleasant and knowledgeable. One lady spent an hour on zoom and showed me so many features and made life so much easier. Can’t speak highly enough on this company. I’ve tried many softwares but this one is definitely the best of them all.

Operto has great support, and the tech is great for our team to keep up with their day-to-day tasks. We love it!

I have been using this software for about six months now, and I am super pleased! I have 26 vacation rental homes that I manage the cleanings for. The software is very organized and user-friendly. I really like that all my information about the houses and cleanings and related tasks are all in one place. They initially gave some one on one live training, which was incredibly helpful. Anytime I submit a help question they respond very quickly. Currently they have a web browser app for your phone, which I use all the time. That would be my only disappointment about using this software - that it’s not a legit app for your phone. Therefore, sometimes the sizing is off or it freezes in a drop-down menu. Looking forward to when there is a legit app available!

I have worked with Operto with two different organizations and they are my go to for access control! While the system has a few bugs now and then (all systems do!), it is very intuitive and easy to work with. Their team has been amazing to work with and communicates quickly and effectively whenever we have questions!

The Operto guide is an awesome tool with easy online coding to build. The support I received was good in troubleshooting and helpful to layout the "how-to". I give 4-stars because my system had lots of bugs that took time to remove and I also received a lock that didn't work and took 3x the time to replace (though this is more Yale than Operto).

What a great company to work with. They made the whole process so easy and has created a luxurious experience for our guests who stay at our Inn. Everyone from the first person we worked with to Molly who has made sure that we were set up and ready to go for opening has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Operto to anyone.

I have been working with Operto since June 2022 and I can honestly say they have been the best home automation team. We transitioned our home automations for about 65 units and they helped us out so much. Molly has been so helpful with adding our new units along with Operto Guest Portal. Operto team is easy to communicate with their staff and have the fastest response time with any questions or activation that we might have. Since transitioning over to Operto we have been so happy with our new home automation system for our units.

Operto has been fantastic in helping us navigate lock hardware before we onboarded, the onboarding process went exceptionally well, and they were excellent in helping us set up the guest experience app. We now have synced keyless locks and unique codes for every guest, synced noise monitors and a fantastic guest experience app.

What a great company! From the Sales demo to the Onboarding process and even Support, everyone is so professional, friendly and very responsive. I couldn't even thank Molly enough for all the help that she provided through the process, starting at the installation of the locks all the way through getting everything set up (including the Guest Portal). I would highly recommend them. Not only are the products great, but the service is too!!
