Absolutely delighted with the fantastic products ordered (panoramic mug & cushion with chosen images) for a Mothers day gift, my only concern was the delivery schedule suggested (not guaranteed) was not met so be wary of making last minute purchases for quick delivery, hence the 4 stars. Any photos I wish to be developed I go straight for Jessops. I do it online. Their communication is excellent advising receipt of your order, dispatch and quickly your photos drop through the letterbox. I have no reservations in recommending them. I also recently telephoned asking their advice regarding my buying a new camera and they were helpful and knowledgeable.

Quality of products is great, we had an issue where one part of the order was lost in the post but they resolved this really quickly and easily, we were impressed with this.

I ordered the photos to present to someone on a special occasion party. They were due to arrive on Friday - the party was on the saturday. They didn't arrive until the Monday and so they were useless for the purpose and I was very disappointed.

Have used various photobook companies. So far, Jessops has been the best on print quality and service.

Photos are easy to upload, but I couldn't upload 2 different sizes of print on the same order. The prints arrived very quickly but we're a bit misty, not as clear as others I've had from the same camera.

Hi. I would not say am I 100% happy for two reasons. Firstly the item did not arrive by mothers day so that was a disappointment. Secondly I added some text near the bottom which ended up in the fold so isnt legible, you should introduce a border to stop that happening. I wouldnt use your services again which is a shame.
