Extremely slow delivery, Still cropping enlargements which discourages one from using that service. Either improve the service so as not to crop or update your software to show exactly what you are getting.

Great product and swift service.

The jigsaw puzzle was originally ordered prior to Christmas for a present.Just this week we were able to give it to our friends some three months late.The first one was blurred.Then we went through the returns procedure and hit many brick walls. Eventually an email to Peter Jones unblocked the system. Exceptionally poor communication and customer service, it was like dealing with a sea of mud,very unlike a Peter Jones company.Great shame as the final product was excellent.

It took me a while to get used to manipulating the photos, but I have improved as time has gone. The effort has been well worth it as the finished item is excellent, and so much better than scrolling through images on the laptop. Having bought 2, I am now going to work through the whole archive to produce books for previous holidays and annual albums.

I ordered a 40cm personalised cushion as a birthday gift and I am very pleased with it. Easy to follow instructions on the website and straight forward uploading the chosen images. The quality of the cushion is very good, almost silk like so the images are very clear. Will make a lovely present.
