Poor customer service, delivery took longer than it was supposed to, every time I called the estimation date would change

I got three mousemats printed with photos of three of my grandsons. They've come out really well and I'm delighted. Haven't given them to the boys yet but soon ...

Quite hard navigating my way around the various templates but eventually produced the collage. Very good product and well pleased. Good packaging and canvas well protected. Great value and deal applied easily.

I ordered a 80cm x 80cm cushion from Jessops with two of my own photographic images, the whole process was a simple affair thanks to Jessops website and ordering systems. On receipt of the cushion it was extremely well packed in a vacuum sealed bag, the images were superb! The item was delivered later than the quoted delivery time but this was due to the bad weather and I was kept informed all the time. All in all a very positive experience.

This was the first time I used Jessops Photo with digital photos and I was happy with the service. It was reasonably simple to use the website and the photos arrived quickly and with no damage. I would recommend Jessops Photo.

An excellent service from start to finish. However, it would be nice to receive discounts/special offers in line with other photograph printing organisations.

My order was for a customer made photo collage as a gift for my parents at Christmas. It was relatively painless to get things done. My only gripe was using the mobile site to sort and arrange my photos. I was worried the item on the screen would not be printed as I arranged it! However after some trial and error on the site I had something I was happy with and my parents were happy with the gift so it must have come out fine. 4 stars otherwise for a swift processing of my order, and the delivery.

I really liked the finished product but I found it very hard work to create & the auto creator put the photos in the wrong order. There didn't seem to be any option where you could use auto create whilst determining order of photos.. Could just be that I am not very tech savvy. Very happy with quality of finished product though.

Poor processing time. I ordered a poster online 3 weeks ago and it has still not been delivered to the store for me to collect.
